It serves as a powerful reminder that inclusion, dignity, and mutual respect are essential foundations for resilient societies - and highlights the vital importance of intercultural communication.

Video series: Supporting vulnerable groups during the coronavirus pandemic
COVINFORM is a research project aimed at analysing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on vulnerable groups and identifying strategies for inclusive and effective pandemic communication. The project was funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 programme and brings together 16 research partners from 11 countries. As part of the COVINFORM project, we spoke to 50 civil society organisations in 10 countries about how they informed and supported their communities during the pandemic, and found that their ability to act at community level often proved crucial.
